There is a known issue whereby if you request a solar report when zoomed in closely to a location, you may get a report that uses an image from a different date than the one you were looking at. This may be the case if you find that the panels you placed are no longer in quite the same position.
While we work on a fix, you can easily solve the problem by simply zooming out a couple steps before you request the report. You can tell that you've zoomed out far enough when the number of dates shown on the timeline increases. This will generally correspond to the point at which the scale bar shows either 2 m or 10 ft.
