You can easily report issues or give feedback on the new MapBrowser via our support site. There are a number of options to do this:
1. Give Feedback link in the menu
Clicking on the link will open our support request form in a new browser tab.
2. Go directly to the Nearmap support site
3. Email support

If you have difficulty accessing MapBrowser on your network, but not on any other networks (e.g. on a smartphone using 3G/4G data), a proxy server may be interfering with downloads or authentication. Proxy servers are usually established by an IT department to serve as a guarded gateway to the Internet.
Please ensure that the following addresses can be accessed through the proxy server:
Support for mobile and tablet devices
Do all MapBrowser features work on mobile and tablet?
Will the new MapBrowser affect how much of my Nearmap plan is used?
Will using the new MapBrowser use data on my mobile or tablet device?
Do you have an offline version of MapBrowser, or downloadable maps to use on my mobile or tablet device?
